Happy Birthday Song and the Swine Flu

My Videoke

So I got an email from my company with tips on how to wash the hands properly to avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others.
Washing Your Hands
  1. Rub hands together vigorously to make a lather. Soap up to your wrists and don’t forget your fingernails
  2. Scrub for 20 seconds. Need a timer – 20 seconds is about the time it takes to sing “Happy Birthday” twice.
  3. Rinse well under running water
  4. Dry your hands with a paper towel. If possible, use your paper towel to turn off the faucet
If soap and water are not available, use gel hand sanitizers or alcohol-based hand wipes.

It's not my birthday yet, but I decided to wash my hands while singing Happy Birthday twice. With all the news about swine flu, this might not be a bad idea.  If you decide to make a video of yourself doing the same thing, please let me know and I'll gladly post it here.  Have fun!
